Pre-Construction
Permits, material orders, sub coordination, and scheduling. We lock everything down before work begins.
Phase 05 · varies
Construction
We build. You get real-time updates through your project portal: photos, schedule, and inspector sign-offs.
Phase 06 · 1 day
Walkthrough & Sign-Off
Final walkthrough, punch list, warranty documents, and completion sign-off. Then a follow-up at 30 and 90 days.
