Yes. Permit filing, coordination with inspectors, and closeout are all included in our proposals when required.

How does the estimator work?

Enter your zip, project type, layout, and finish tier. The estimator uses real local pricing (labor, materials, GC markup, and contingency) to give you a ballpark range in about 4 minutes.

How accurate is the online estimate?

It's a real ballpark, usually within 15% of the final proposal for the tier you select. The site visit locks in exact scope and price.

What's the difference between Good, Better, and Best?

Good is builder-grade quality with budget finishes. Better upgrades materials (semi-custom cabinets, quartz counters, better fixtures). Best is fully custom with premium finishes throughout.

How long will my project take?

Bathrooms 3–6 weeks. Kitchens 6–10 weeks. ADUs 5–9 months (including permits). Decks and patios 1–4 weeks. Concrete 1–3 days on site.

Do I need to move out during a renovation?

Most homeowners stay in the home. We seal off work zones and coordinate loud work during weekday hours. ADUs and full-house remodels are the main exceptions.

What's your payment schedule?

Deposit at contract signing, then progress payments tied to milestones (permits, rough-in, drywall, final). Final payment at completion after your walkthrough sign-off.
